Making Time for Knitting

I work as an on-call librarian and archivist and today I'm working a double reference shift--one from 1-3 pm in the archives and then another 5-9pm at the main reference desk. This leaves me two hours free in between and as it doesn't take that long to eat dinner, I'll be spending part of that time in the staff room working on this sock. I have several pairs on the needle that I realy want to finish. This is one.

Pattern: Plain sock pattern from Ravelry
Yarn: Poison Ivy Green from Black Trillium (Etsy)
75% superwash merino wool/25% nylon 100g/437 yards
Needles: 2.5mm dpns

  1. I love the colour of the wool! I would love how to knit socks and mittens. So far I can only knit scarves.

Good luck and have fun with this new blog!!
